Number 5 is a ground floor two bedroom apartment which sleeps up to
SIX
people. It is fully double glazed, marvellously light and airy with a large living room
/ dining area / fitted kitchen. Glazed doors lead to a big terrace overlooking the beach.
The apartment is privately owned and individually furnished to a very high standard in
Shaker style. The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment. Cooking is electric; heating
is night storage and convectors. Broadband Wifi and Bluetooth access is provided without charge.
Access is a short walk from the car park and 8 steps down to the lift down to the apartment. There is a designated secure car parking space for the apartment with room for two cars nose to tail along with other spaces for visitors.
Outside the Apartment The large paved and partly covered terrace has six teak
chairs and a table along with an electric outdoor grill ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining. There are
also two steamer reclining chairs, a wooden bear seat and a cupboard with a range of items you
may need for the beach (bucket and spades for your sand constructions and so on).
Inside the Apartment The fully fitted kitchen has a Neff cooker, dishwasher,
washer-dryer, microwave oven and fridge/freezer.
The dining room caters for six comfortably and
also has a child’s high chair. There is plenty of room to relax in comfort in the arm
chairs, sofa, rocking chair, child’s chair, and child’s rocking horse. There are two
bedrooms. Each bedroom has a radio and hairdryer. One double bedroom has an en suite facilities which includes both a bath and power shower. The other twin bedroom includes a traveling cot
and also has en suite facilities with a power shower. There is also a sofa bed for two people.
